Gf chocolate lava cake. In a large bowl, combine eggs, salt, instant coffee & vanilla extract. Mix cocoa powder, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt in a bowl breaking up clumps. Prep your ramekins with a spray of oil, rub around to coat.

Generously butter the bottom and sides of four 8 ounce ramekins and dust with cocoa powder, tapping out any excess. Combine rice and hazelnut flour in a small bowl. Stir using a silicon spatula until completely melted, then add vanilla extract and stir again.

Instructions preheat the oven to 375°f and lightly grease 3 silicone baking cups. Mix ingredients in the pot over low heat, until completely melted. Or in this case, your almond meal.

Once melted, turn off heat and set the pot aside to allow the chocolate to cool slightly. Instructions preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Whisk the cake mix, confectioner's sugar, cocoa and espresso powder until they are thoroughly blended.

If microwaving, melt in 20 second. Preheat oven to 450 f. Place a rack in the middle of the oven.

Grease and lightly flour (i use refined coconut oil and oat flour) 6, 4 oz ramekins (see note. Turn the an upside down over the sink and tap out any excess cocoa powder. Let the vegan buttermilk sit for at least 5 minutes to activate.

In a medium pot, combine coconut oil, chopped chocolate and sugar. Preheat oven to 425 f/ 220 c. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave or using a double boiler.

In a medium sized microwavable bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of gently simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water.

Melt chocolate and butter together (a microwave works if you're wary of a double boiler), whisk your sugar, vanilla, and salt right into the same bowl, whisk in your eggs and egg yolks, and then stir in your flour. Place moulds in the fridge while you prepare the lava cake batter. Instructions preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
